The 6G Game
A low-pressure way to check in with yourself and connect.
~ You matter, and what you’re feeling is real—even if it’s hard to figure out.
How to Play
- Settle in: If you're comfortable, close your eyes or lower your gaze. Take one slow breath.
- Scan: Slowly pay attention to how your body feels, from your feet to your head and back down.
- Pick a... (glyph): Choose the character, emotion or symbol that feels closest to your mood. It doesn't have to match perfect.
- Round 1: Keep your choice to yourself for now.
- Round 2: Share if you want to. You can say it out loud, write it down, draw a picture, point, or use an app. If you want, add one quick sentence about where you feel that emotion in your body.
- Listen: Everyone else just listens—no comments, advice, or reactions.
- Turn-taking: Move to the next person when ready. You can always pass.
- Unplug: No scores, no winners, phones put away.
That’s the end of the game!
Quick Tips
- Listening: Just pay attention. No judging, overthinking, or trying to "fix" anything.
- No wrong answers: Pick whatever GLYPH fits best. You can pick more than one, or use a neutral symbol (like 😐 or ❓) if you're not sure.
- You're in control: You can pass or take a break whenever you need to.
- Talking afterward: You can discuss how it went after the game, but only if the whole group agrees to it.
